Friday June 18th

Indianapolis Concours Registration

4:00 pm to 8:00 pm

You may register your vehicle at the secure parking facility between these times. 

Evening of Angels Event

6:30pm to 10:00pm

Entry by ticket only, advance purchase, cost $250 all proceeds in aid of Christel House.  This is a black tie event.  For tickets call (317) 464 2320

Saturday June 19th

Indianapolis Concours Registration

10:00 am to 12:00 Noon

All vehicles must report to registration at Gate A

Fashion Show

11:30am – 1:00 pm

Will be held in the ballroom of the Columbia Club on Monument Circle.  For tickets call (317) 358 1942

Gates Open

1:00pm

Entry is free, we ask that you consider making a voluntary donation to Christel House of $5 for individuals and $10 for families.

Judging

3:00pm - 5:00 pm

Celebrity judges will select their favorite cars and present awards.  During this time

Best in Class Awards

6:30 pm

Will be presented on the main concours field by the judging panel for each class

Winners Parade

7:15 pm

Best in Class winners will be invited to parade to the winners circle for review

Review

1:45pm

Best in Class winners will be presented to the audience and judges for review

Best in Show Award

7:45 pm

Will be presented by Roger Brummett, Chairman of the Indianapolis Concours

People’s Choice Award

2:15 pm

Will be presented by Jeff Broadus of Car Collector Magazine

Jaguar Owners Club Reception

4:00 pm

Columbia Club, Monument Circle

Concours Evening Reception

6:00 pm – midnight

Hosted by our sponsors and open to all exhibitors and VIPs

Vehicle Collection Ends

10pm

Vehicles not collected by exhibitors must be removed to the secure location.  Pickup is required by Noon on Sunday (see below)

Vehicle Collection

9:00 am to 12 noon

Concours Exhibitors and Auction winners may collect vehicles during this time

Security Departs

12 noon

Owner assumes all liability for any vehicle not collected by this tim

Indianapolis Concours announces two year sponsor contract with Obsidian Enterprises.

Indianapolis, IN 4/7/04

The Indianapolis Concours Grand Prix announced today that it has signed local company Obsidian Enterprises as Presenting Sponsor through 2006.  The deal provides for a full time event manager for the event and is seen as a stepping stone to developing additional sponsor funding in future years.

Change of Venue for the Indianapolis Concours

Indianapolis, IN 3/28/04

The Second Annual Indianapolis Concours will see several changes from its inaugural event.  Asides from moving into June to keep in step with the weekend of the United States Grand Prix, event managers have announced their intention to move into the heart of downtown Indianapolis, to the historic Monument Circle.   “This is just the beginning of what we hope will be a tremendous expansion in entertainment activity in downtown Indianapolis on Formula One weekend” said Andrew Lee, event manager; “Within 5 years we hope to rival Montreal and Monaco as the best entertainment venue on the F1 circuit”.
